| Customer Service Representative - Part time |
As the part time Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that customer orders are accurate and customer concerns are addressed in a manner that reflects the organization's commitment to customers and quality.
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, e-mail and direct mail
Order Entryesponsible for frozen orders for retail accounts
Reception Relief
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate individual
- Locate Personnel within the bakery for visitors, deliveries and meetings
Other
Department Support
Good oral and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and computer (Word and Excel) skills. Strong mathematical ability. Experience in a customer service role an asset.
Timings: 8am to 1pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: $12 per hour.
